With a passion for social equity issues in the sustainable development context, Sevda Küpoğlu Aleckson, brings a lifetime of experience bridging the Turkish and American cultural divide. Bilingual in both Turkish and English, with living experience in Turkey and USA, Sevda’s cultural sensitivities enhance her translation skills. With over 10 years of experience founding, developing and managing Turkish-American non-profit organizations in Southern California, she brings excellent organizational management skills with an emphasis on leadership development, membership recruitment, fundraising, philanthropic support, and administration. Sevda is the founder and President of SKA Consulting and is located at the headquarters office in Orange County, California, USA.
Michelle Deniz Drousé --Vice President/Partner
Michelle Deniz Drousé, joined SKA Consulting in February 2009 with eight years of graduate-level project management, town/city planning, community advocacy, and governmental affairs experience associated with highly political regeneration, redevelopment and master plan projects in California. Her passion for sustainable development extends beyond the development arena demonstrated by 12 years of experience founding, enhancing and leading a variety of non-profit multicultural, environmental, student advocacy, and women’s organizations. As Vice President/Partner, Michelle expanded SKA Consulting to Europe and is currently located in London, United Kingdom.
